Signage installed for the 90th Anniversary of the Iron Man Game on 4 December 2022. The sign replaced an earlier one, erected in the early 2000s. The overall design and installation was completed by Tucker Jones, incorporating an iconic running-back from the leather-helmet days of the Spartans, which was created by Michael Vermillion. Funds for the new sign were donated by Tom Eurich and the people and businesses of Portsmouth, Ohio.
