Based upon a post card from the 1930s, Robert Dafford's mural captures the Terrace Club in the City's East End neighborhood. First opened in 1929, the pool was operated as a private, white-only swimming pool and youth recreational center until the summer of 1965, when the facility was integrated and re-christened "Dreamland."
